About Our Director - ERICA AYENURO

Erica, holder of M.Sc. Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, acquired 12 years wealth of experience and training in
Customer Relationship Management, Key account management, people management, project management, change management, customer service process design and management, recruitment, employee performance management frameworks, rewared and recognition systems, quality assurance and workforce management.

Erica has served as Call center manager, corporate operations manager, corporate collection and credit management in MTN Nigeria. Erica is a certified customer Care manager from customer 1st UK and an accredited training on leadership and peopele management framework. She is also a faculty member of the MTN Academy. Erica currently leads team of over 1500 staff for MTN Nigeria.
